Instead of ordering a finished piece, you receives a made-to-measure sawing plan with all panel dimensions needed to order the wood from a local sawmill or sheet-material supplier.

To create the cutting plan, we only need a few details:

  • The desired width, in multiples of 37.5 cm
  • The preferred number of grab bins for vinyl record
  • The required internal height for the amplifier space
  • The desired depth

Based on those measurements, we prepare a clear overview of all board sizes so you can have the material cut and then build and paint the furniture themselves.

This is a practical solution for vinyl collectors who want a DIY record cabinet with dimensions that fit their room, collection, and audio setup. It gives you the structure for a custom piece of LP furniture while keeping the build in your own hands. The metal frame for the base is not included and will need to be made separately by a metalworker. We may be able to assist with that as well.

For anyone looking to organise vinyl with a self-built solution, this custom plan offers a clear starting point. If you have questions or need more information before ordering, you are welcome to contact us.
